Job Description

The main purpose of the Technical Specialist's role is to provide
input to the development, maintenance and support of specific customer
infrastructure systems and associated software and to ensure that the
service provided to customers, meets the established Service Level
Agreements and quality standards.

Person handling this position will join Application Technical
Management team and will be providing managed operations support for
Windows based middleware applications.

Job Requirements


o Knowledge of IIS and elements of MS Windows administration,
o Good command of German and/or English language,
o Experience with administration of application servers (Tomcat,
WebSphere) will be a great advantage.
