Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, MECM, and Azure services.
• Manage and improve deployment processes and environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Automate operational and configuration workflows using PowerShell and Azure-based automation tools.
• Develop and enforce device compliance, security baseline configurations, and policy standards.
• Lead technical work packages, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and support project delivery.
• Produce documentation, implementation guidelines, and knowledge materials for operational teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in IT or equivalent education with proven hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of experience in endpoint or infrastructure engineering roles within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Intune, MECM, Azure AD, OS deployment, and configuration management.
• Proficient scripting and automation skills (PowerShell required; familiarity with additional tools such as PSADT, PatchMyPC is a plus).
• Experience working in structured IT environments familiar with ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Release processes.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in international teams.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
