Key Responsibilities

• Design and build process automations and business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder).
• Integrate various systems and data sources (e.g., Dataverse, SQL, REST APIs, SharePoint).
• Maintain and improve the automation platform to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
• Support the implementation of governance standards and best practices for Citizen Development.
• Provide guidance to business users and contribute to training and enablement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Practical knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Data Factory) and interface integrations.
• Familiarity with RPA tools such as Power Automate Desktop or UiPath.
• Understanding of identity and access management (e.g., Azure AD) and basic IT security principles.
• Good command of English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.
