Due to the development of our client, an international medical company with an established position on the market, we are looking for people for the position of Executive Search Researcher
As Executive Search Researcher, you will support our North America Executive Search Team to identify talent and build pipelines of candidates. Our in-house Search team fills over 150 positions a year at the Director, VP and above level. In this role, you will focus on the Vice President and above talent across different functions.
We are looking for a professional with a demonstrable track record in research with a strong focus on sourcing talent for Vice President and above. An enthusiastic learner, you understand complex positions that require leadership and technical expertise. A proficient user of social media such as LinkedIn to network and generate leads, you find creative ways to capture a candidate’s attention during initial reach-out stages.
Agile, you can multitask, manage multiple searches at any one time and balance multiple priorities. You possess strong analytical skills and have a passion for research and data. Furthermore, you are able to work independently with minimal direction.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Collaborating closely with the North America Search team to deeply understand the requirements of a role, function, and how it fits into the organization
  • Supporting all sourcing activities
  • Sourcing candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals, etc.)
  • Working in our Candidate Relationship Management system along with our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to manage prospects and candidates.
  • Developing and advising on diversity sourcing strategies, identifying, and pipelining talent, managing passive applicant pools, targeting research areas to explore the potential to hire top talent

Expectations: 
  • Proficiency in and experience with an enterprise-wide applicant tracking system; proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience using Workday would be an advantage.
  • Experience using a CRM is preferred.

  • Office Location: Wrocław, Warszawa
  • This is a fully remote position in Poland
  • Temporary Employment contract 
  • Working hours: 9:00-17.00 , 8:00-16:00
  • Length of the contract: 9 months possible longer.
