***** Job description:

* Implementation of projects related to architecture for Content
Services Platforms, Trust Services, Digital Identity issues
* Experience in working with design thinking techniques, Systematic
Inventive Thinking (SIT), or similar approaches
* Creating requirements according to SRS
* Experience in using collaboration tools, workshop collaboration such
as MURAL
* Experience in creating functional requirements (task creation,
backlog, organizing work scope into a logical sequence of actions
for the team)
* Practical experience in project management methodologies, agile and
waterfall


***** Job requirements:

* Experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects - minimum 3 years
* Experience in process modeling, ideally in BPMN notation
* Experience working with Jira
* Practical ability to understand the needs of process users, identify
problems from their perspective
* Experience in creating solutions that meet business needs, naming
necessary functionalities
* Good command of the English language
* Skills to work in complex teams (programmers, analysts, lawyers,
business areas)
* Coordinating and implementing change in the organization, leading
projects
* Skills to focus on the TO BE solution and select critical elements
from AS IS necessary for effective change implementation
* Ability to transform acquired knowledge into an idea of the target
solution that will be understandable to stakeholders
* Ability to set priorities for tasks, identify interdependencies, and
design the sequence of their implementation
