Stanowisko: Knowledge Manager - Nr ref. (04/06)


opis:* Maintain effective knowledge management system and processes.
* Build and maintain a global network of resources.
* Promote knowledge usage and knowledge sharing, maintain. communications channels
between internal and external knowledge system users.
* Monitor and evaluate the knowledge management process.
* Report on knowledge effectiveness, usage and users experiences.
* Respond to end user feedback, make sure content is updated.
* Report against set of KPIs to show knowledge management system success.
* Project management - implementation of knowledge management for new customers,
support knowledge migrations.
* Manage virtual team of knowledge managers.


wymagane umiejętności:ITIL


wymagania:* At least 3 years work experience in Information Technology sector or
relevant knowledge management experience.
* University degree (in computer science or related).
* Knowledge of ITIL.
* Experience with knowledge management processes, methods and tools.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Experience in team management advantageous.
* Good team work organization.
* Ability to effectively deal with conflicts.
* Excellent communication skills on various levels.
* Service Delivery orientation.
* Knowledge of CA Unicenter Service Desk Knowledge Tool desirable.
