for candidates for the position Enterprise Content Management
Infrastructure Specialist in Wrocław.

The Enterprise Content Management Infrastructure specialist acts as a
second level support analyst for any ECM related problems.



Main Responsibilities:

-provide Base Consultancy

-determine performance issues (Level 2 Support)

-attempt resolution of performance issues and escalate performance
issues to Level 3 Support if resolution attempt fails (including
documented resolution steps in case of an escalation to Level 3
Support)

-provide Rollout & month/quarter-end support

-Fulfill standard service requests

-execute the rollout of application patches, releases and
configuration changes

-perform manual Production Updates that are not covered by an existing
self-service / automation

-provide usability guidance (e.g. how to place an order) to requestors
of existing self-service / automation tools

-provide individual application decommissioning activities
