    experience
    working on exciting projects for largest brands in Poland inlcl. Procter & Gamble,
    Saatchi &
    Saatchi, T Mobile, RedBull, Wedel, Heyah and so on...

    One of our clients, a UK / London based digital agency is looking for talented
    interactive
    Project Managers (to be hired as offshore employee in ITSpree's office in Poznan) to
    help
    deliver new and exciting B2C and B2B projects for UK market while using Scrum / Agile

    methodology at daily basis. The agency works with some of the worlds leading brands
    and
    delivers innovative digital solutions to help them compete more effectively.


    Role
    --
    * The Project Manager's primary objective will be to manage delivery of digital
    projects
    through the Poland development team ensuring timescales and costs are adhered to
    * The aim of the role is to improve efficiency and support the project management
    team in
    the UK


    Required Skills
    --
    * experience in project management @ interactive / digital agency
    * experience using SCRUM / Agile methodology
    * excellent TDD skills
    * good general technical background as required from skilled project manager (web &
    mobile
    projects)


    Key Responsibilities
    --
    * Act as the primary point of contact for all digital projects delivered by the
    Poland technical
    team
    * Assign approximate effort and timescales to projects during the planning stage
    * Define technical requirements and project tasks and assign into Trac for the
    development
    team to action
    * Liaise with the Project Management team in the UK to determine work priorities at
    the
    weekly resource planning meeting
    * Schedule tasks to developers using the Workload spreadsheet
    * Run frequent meetings with the Poland developers to help clarify priorities,
    resolve issues
    and ensure work is on track and will be delivered within the allocated time
    * Highlight issues and potential problems to the UK Project Management team early so
    that
    they can be addressed
    * Manage projects via Trac and ensure developers include sufficient documentation in
    the
    wiki during projects
    * Ensure developers use build files, unit tests and functional tests as appropriate
    for their
    projects
    * Review the quality of delivered applications prior to review by the UK project
    team
    (functional testing and technical review)
    * Manage the fixing of quality related issues by the development team prior to
    review by the
    UK project team
    * Manage team holiday rota in line with project delivery priorities and ORM HR
    guidelines


    Adhoc Responsibilities
    --
    * Manage the release of signed-off projects into production, including tagging and
    versioning of all releases, in conjunction with support from the technical team
    * Adhoc tasks as required by the Technical Director (e.g. internal development etc)


    Reporting Lines
    --
    * Day-to-day reporting will be to the Technical Lead and/or relevant Project Manager
    in the
    UK
    * Issues can be escalated to the Technical Director in the UK
