Opis stanowiska podany przez pracodawcę:

• Full responsibility for end-to-end accounting of the company
• Oversight of tax settlements: CIT, VAT, WHT, real estate tax
• Preparation of financial statements, budgets and monitoring their execution
• Financial reporting to the Management Board and external institutions
• Active participation in optimizing and improving financial and accounting processes
• Cooperation with banks, auditors and business partners
• Managing a team of 5-7 people - mentoring, development and engagement building

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant
• (experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset)
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
• Very good command of English, used on a daily basis
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
• Strong Excel skills
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision / Business Central / SAP) will be an additional advantage
