Location: Gdańsk (on-site work)
Company: Foundever
Salary: PLN 49/hour gross, equivalent working time system(PLN 7,500–8,500 gross per month for full time)
Bonus: up to PLN 8,500 gross

We are looking for new team members to join a growing project on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).

Your responsibilities:

If you are fluent in German, enjoy working with people, and want to work for one of the most recognizable brands in the tourism industry — this offer is for you!

communicate daily (by phone and email) with customers from the German market,
support customers with travel- and reservation-related matters,
make sure every customer ends the conversation with a smile,

This role is for you if you:

speak German fluently (C1 level),
have a good command of English (B2),
are comfortable working with a computer and MS Office,
show empathy, professionalism, and a proactive attitude,
