***** Responsibilities:

* Analysing of requirements / database schema change recommendation
* Designing and developing data models and database architecture
* Consulting with others to assess the system performance and making
modifications as required
* Modifying existing databases, as user needs change
* Indexes tuning and maintenance
* Investigating deficiencies in the software
* Training other developers with best practices and providing
technical support
* Preparing reports on databases


***** Must have:

* Indexing, fine tuning of databases and monitoring
* T-SQL
* You have a minimum 3 years experience with MS-SQL Server
* Knowledge of MySQL is a plus
* You are Microsoft Certified (MCITP, MCTS) or willing to pass such
certification in the future
* You have some experience as a Database developper or are eager to
embark within this experience
* You are flexible
* You have good communication and organizational skills
* You are eager for new challenges
* You are a team player, and problem solver, able to work in a
proactive and methodical manner
* You have a good knowledge of spoken and written English
