We are currently seeking a ERP P2C System Administrator for our Client - international construction and development company from Sweden.
Work mode: hybrid (Warsaw)/ remote 
Compensation: 120 – 160 PLN/h net (+ VAT)
Contract type: B2B, through Hays PolandLength: long-term cooperation, first contract for 12 months 
English: B2/C1 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining system administration activities within agreed service levels.
• Accountable for managing support calls and raising support tickets to third party suppliers.
• Accountable for supporting IT security/access issues and post clone steps.
• Maintain system interfaces monitoring and events and support through escalations, resolutions and workarounds.
• Provide advice on best use of system, solutions and workarounds to business users on request.
• Ensure that incidents and service requests are appropriately and effectively prioritised and resolved.
• Accountable for ensuring that the ERP system is administered efficiently and effectively, meeting business needs whilst ensuring appropriate system security and controls are in place.
• Assist in the investigation of workflow and system issues in collaboration with the Managed Service Provider
• Raise issues with Oracle on the Oracle Portal where required.
• Support business activities and central processes on request.
• Support ERP internal and external audit activities as required.

• Timely and effective resolution of business problems and incidents.
• Appropriate governance applied in relation to system access and workflows.
• Ensure risks are identified, managed, and maintained in line with the SCE IT Risk Management process.

Skills + experience:

• Experience of administering an Oracle Cloud ERP solution (3-5 years’ experience).
• Oracle E-Business Suite Financials experience (Certification ideally).
• Experience with the following products/skills would be desirable (Projects, Procurements, Payables, General Ledger, Assets).
• Strong P2C experience including Project Costing, Contracts, Billing, Receivables, Collections and Cash Management.
• Understanding of Oracle workflow automation.
• Excellent client facing skills and ability to liaise with clients at all levels.
• Experience of Service Delivery in an ERP environment (ITIL4 qualification is desirable).
