Tasks:

• Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely procurement
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and support strategic decision-making
• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain policies and procedures
• Support ongoing projects related to supply chain optimization and digital transformation initiatives

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proficiency in supply chain management principles and best practices
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
