Responsibilities:
- check Services Bid Quality and alignment of Zimit Quote, Service Estimate, and SOW,
- for transactional business: create opportunity in Salesforce, prepare SOW, initiate PM70, create Delivery Project,
- validate new projects/budgets and work at risk,
- create Project Order in SAP, assign PM, manage Customer PO,
- ensure correct customer records in PSA and SAP,
- create/manage Purchase Requisition and PO in SAP,
- reconcile project costs in PSA and SAP with PM,
- monitor and generate invoices (Billing, Pre-Billing, Credits),
- support PM with customer billing requirements,
- review billing transactions in SAP,
- support PM with budget reallocations,
- close/reopen projects and budgets in PSA and SAP,
- qualify opportunities,
- prepare and manage training forecast,
- develop a training program in accordance with the customer’s objectives,
- search for trainers, including among partners, who can deliver the required training,
- coordinate training programs,
- handle preparation and signing of contracts,
- collaborate with the Engagement Manager, the Project Manager and Services Business Management on opportunity and project management activities,
- act as a point of contact for Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Resource Managers, Services Business Managers, Service Delivery Resources, Finance, Legal, Global Order Management, Procurement, Accounts Receivable and Credit and Collections,
- work under light supervision to support with Consulting and Learning Services Opportunities and Projects of small to mid-size,
- support the Services Engagement Lifecycle from Opportunity to Booking and from Order to Cash, as part of a Region and/or Zone Services organization.
Requirements:
- university degree level or relevant extended industrial experience,
- minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an Opportunity to Order role,
- experience transactional processing of quote and/or proposal activities in adherence with prescribed policy and processes,
- experience achieved in a multinational company environment,
- knowledge of systems (ERP/SAP),
- process improvement engagement as an active participant,
- analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills,
- fluency in written and spoken English.
