Senior Business Analyst – Finance

For one of our clients we are looking for experienced Senior Business Analyst. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner between finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Lead end-to-end analysis and documentation for system integration and migration projects
• Interpret and apply international financial reporting standards (IFRS) to support system design and compliance
• Develop functional specifications and support testing, validation, and deployment of new solutions
• Create dashboards and data models to support financial insights and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency across regions
• Promote the adoption of automation and analytics tools to enhance business processes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis within financial services
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and IFRS application
• Proven experience with system migrations or large-scale financial technology projects
• Knowledge of SAP system
• Skilled in tools for data analysis and visualization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Comfortable working in multicultural, cross-functional environments
