Financial Operations Lead

For one of our clients we are looking for Finance Operations Team Leader. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise customer-related financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to regional financial regulations and internal control standards
• Oversee the use and optimization of ERP and banking platforms for daily operations
• Act as a key liaison between finance, compliance, and external banking partners
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process enhancement
• Support audits and internal reviews by providing accurate documentation and insights

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations or customer accounting
• Previous leadership experience
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with European financial regulations
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in enterprise financial systems and digital banking tools
