What you will do:
- Design onboarding screens, paywalls, splash screens, landing pages, and websites for AIBY’s products
- Collaborate with Growth Product Managers, UX Researchers, Developers, and Product Designers to align design strategies with business goals
- Enhance and maintain the company’s design systems
- Explore new UX approaches, iterate on your designs based on data insights and user feedback gathered by the UX Research team
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
What you should have:
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma; After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator mastery; some experience with Lottie
- Strong design portfolio showcasing real-world projects, including consumer mobile apps and/or web products, onboarding flows, and paywalls
- Ability to work in diverse visual styles
- Clear communication skills
- Passion for work and continuous learning
- Knowledge of Russian — fluent enough for confident daily communication (both speaking and writing skills)
