We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Data Engineering Manager to lead our talented team in building robust, scalable data solutions. If you39re passionate about data architecture, team leadership, and driving innovation, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
Shape the Strategy: Define and drive the Data Hub roadmap, aligning technical initiatives with business goals and IT architecture.
Deliver Scalable Solutions: Oversee the design and implementation of data platforms and integrations across cloud and on-premise environments.
Own the Development Lifecycle: Manage the full solution lifecycle—from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Champion Agile Practices: Apply Scrum/Agile methodologies to ensure efficient delivery, clear prioritization, and iterative improvement.
Collaborate Across Teams: Act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Promote Best Practices: Drive high standards in coding, documentation, and quality assurance while identifying opportunities for team growth and upskilling.

What You Bring to the Table

You know how to lead, motivate, and grow a team — and you’ve done it before, especially in data or tech environments.
You’re fluent in Scrum and Agile practices, and you know how to keep teams moving forward with purpose and clarity.
You see the big picture and know how to turn strategy into action — from managing projects to driving change.
You’ve got hands-on experience with data engineering and understand the full software development lifecycle.
You’re great at juggling priorities, aligning team efforts with business goals, and keeping things on track.
You communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build strong relationships across teams and cultures.
Bonus points if you’ve worked in regulated environments like pharma, and understand frameworks like GxP or GDPR.
You thrive in collaborative environments and love helping others succeed.
