Job Tasks:
- Purchase Order processing and placement.
- Confirming supplier receipt of purchase orders and ability of a supplier to meet delivery dates.
- Conducting expedites of materials when required.
- Inputting and managing SAP Procurement items in accordance with corporate policies.
- Ensuring supplier delivery and invoicing to accomplish the Resale sales forecast.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
- Procurement experience (SAP)
- English (spoken and written) fluent
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Operates with the minimal supervision
- Able to be effective in a remote, global, and matrixed environment
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset, assist in managing continuous improvement efforts, and take part in projects as needed
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Travel is less than 10% and not typically required for this role
- Contract for 6 months
- B2B or civil contract
