Opis stanowiska podany przez pracodawcę:

• Prepare and manage the tender process (based on current procurement needs in collaboration with other teams such as sourcing).
• Timely preparation and issuance of purchase orders to suppliers based on demand.
• Oversee the timeliness of delivery.
• Optimize the cycles of purchased materials.
• Conduct periodic analyses and evaluations of suppliers.
• Manage complaint processes and settle poor-quality costs with suppliers.
• Work with suppliers to resolve quality and timing issues using available quality tools.
• Work within supplier management systems.
• Supervise the quality of key parameters for procurement indices in the SAP system.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with suppliers.

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• Higher education (preferably technical or economic).
• Knowledge of the procurement process.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English to facilitate smooth communication with foreign suppliers and manufacturers.
• Fluency in Polish.
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically the Materials Management module (material flow, logistics).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel to independently and effectively analyze data.
• Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Capability to set priorities and work under tight deadlines.

• Previous experience in a production or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of basic quality and lean tools (A3 analysis, RCA, Kaizen).
