***** IT Business Analyst (projects in the telco sector)

***** Responsibilities:

* Analysis and modeling of business processes in the Telco industry
* Gathering, documenting, and managing system and business
requirements
* Collaboration with development and product teams to deliver
effective solutions
* Creating analytical documentation, requirement specifications, and
process diagrams
* Supporting the testing team in defining test cases
* Participating in project meetings and workshops with stakeholders
* Monitoring changes in Telco systems and assessing their impact on
business processes
* Supporting the implementation of new solutions and optimizing
existing systems


***** Job requirements:

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the position of IT Analyst,
preferably in the telecommunications sector
* Knowledge of business and technological processes in the Telco
industry (e.g., BSS, OSS, CRM, billing, provisioning)
* Experience in modeling business processes (BPMN, UML) and creating
analytical documentation
* Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system
requirements
* Knowledge of SQL and basic database skills
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
* Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Jira,
Confluence)
* Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into
technical requirements
* Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication and
documentation creation
