***** Tasks:

* Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality
SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
* Drive the technical direction, architecture, and implementation of
projects aligned with IATA standards such as NDC, ARM, One-Order,
and IFG.
* Work closely with product management, design, and sales teams to
define and execute product roadmaps.
* Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation,
collaboration, and continuous learning.
* Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely
delivery and adherence to quality standards.
* Implement coding, testing, and deployment best practices to ensure
scalability and reliability.
* Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing guidance and
innovative solutions.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive
innovation within the team.
* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
effectively.

***** Job requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master"s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a
related field.
* Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in
languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
* Deep understanding of SaaS and cloud technologies, including
experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Familiarity with modern software development methodologies like
Agile and Scrum.
* Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and web services.
* Experience in the airline or travel industry with knowledge of
distribution, pricing, sales, and servicing.
* Understanding of IATA's New Distribution Capability (NDC) and other
relevant standards.
* Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams effectively.
* Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
* Experience in hiring, performance management, and career
development.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and
stakeholders.
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
