HRFACE is human resources consulting company, which provides
recruitment processes for foreign companies investing in Poland.
For our Irish customer, we are looking for candidates for a position:
Project Manager - Construction and M&E - Warsaw, Poland
Project Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Company General Manager, the PM will have direct
involvement in:
- the preparation of project construction budgets
- variations, resource and equipment planning
- the planning and costing of key sub-contractors.

The PM will be responsible for ensuring the issuing of contractual
notices and the execution of claims for variations and expenses up to
the completion of contracts, and will support in negotiations of
claims and payments.

Key Role Tasks and Activities:

Assist and guide Managers in:
o Providing fast accurate, and profitable estimates on variations/
changes enquires
o Maintaining accurate monthly cost plans for projects
o Timely and accurate monthly valuations
o Management of all sub contractor progress valuations
o Negotiations with the client
o Preparation , issue and agreement of final accounts for individual
works packages

Ensure regular reporting to the Commercial Manager on the progress
relating to the cost plans.

Education and Experience:

o Master of science degree (preferred after Technical University)
o 3-5 years experience in PM role

Skills & Knowledge:
o A wide understanding of Works contracts
o A working knowledge Mech and Elec work packages

Attributes:

o Able to negotiate with clients on a professional level
o Good with figures
o Able and willing to learn new processes
Good English is essential. Good Polish language skills. Attractive
