Position description:
* Develop, code, test and design web application business services;
* Analyze, debug and/or assist in problem solving in both development
and production environments;
* Understand, interpret and translate business requirements into the
necessary designs and documentation;
* Apply fundamental skills, concepts and practices to solve difficult
assignments;
* Assure a code quality and adherence to coding standards on projects;
* Take part in the Agile iterations planning and demonstrations
sessions.
Essential job requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in Java programming;
* Excellent knowledge of java application servers containers
development technologies;
* Good knowledge of the best coding practices - Enterprise Service
oriented architecture design pattern;
* Understanding of Test Driven Development and bias to producing high
quality code;
* Spring framework, Hibernate, Rules Engines, web services integration
(CXF);
* Preferred knowledge of Agile Development methodologies;
* Additional valuable skills would be Java WEB UI development using
technologies like JSP, Ajax etc.
