***** The Key Responsibilities:

* Manage team members - currently a team of 6 developers but likely to
grow to 8 in the next few months
* Manage technical direction of the project and liaise with project
stakeholder for all major decisions.
* Manage and produce technical documentations
* Manage deployment, code reviews and merge request
* Hands on development will be necessary at least for the first few
months
* Travel to the UK and within Europe for meetings and workshops


***** Desired skills & experience:

* Experience in leading and managing in-house product development
teams
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Symfony 3.4+, including Doctrine ORM
* MySQL and writing optimised SQL queries
* Restful API design
* Data modelling and ER diagrams
* Docker containers
* Git and Version Control concepts
* AWS/Linux deployment and administration
* Apache and NginX server configuration
* Angular - We need you to understand the technology and support FE
Devs

* NodeJS and Javascript frameworks (ExpressJS, Sails, ...) or Java
* Continuous Integration / Automated builds, deployments
* HTML / CSS / JavaScript
* AWS APIs
