Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mail);
- Updating information regarding cases.
- Meeting targets, following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
What do we expect from you?
- Language skills: Proficiency in Czech (C1/C2) and Slovak (C1/C2) and knowledge of English (B1-B2 level);
- Experience: Great if you have experience in technology focused roles and in customer service in general;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic, open to having clear conversations with customers, solution oriented.
