Requirements:

• Total of 3-5 years experience in Accounting - GL and AP
• English - B2+
• German or French - B2+
• Microsoft Excel - pivots, vlookups
• Analytical skills, strong attention to details

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a Process Leader, overseeing and coordinating operational activities
• Investigating discrepancies in documentation and invoices, including analysis of rate and currency differences
• Reviewing and analyzing brokerage and commission variances
• Working with accruals, balance sheets, and financial statements
• Clarifying and confirming premium amounts
• Performing financial and accounting reconciliations
• Managing and maintaining policy documentation
• Issuing and confirming insurance-related documents
• Preparing annual financial and operational reports
• Collaborating closely with local teams to ensure timely and compliant task execution
• Proposing and implementing improvements to tools and documentation to enhance service delivery efficiency
