For our Client, an international Company we are looking for a candidate to position of Data Entry Junior Specialist (Tech&Engineering).

Your responsibilities:

• Enter all data into the Electronic Document Management System and make sure it is accurate and full.
• Determine what needs to be done to fix any inaccurate data.
• Find and obtain information from a variety of sources, then deliver it to the requester in the appropriate format.
• Transform electronic document formats into the proper format so that they can be stored for a long time.
• When necessary, proactively identify issues, inconsistencies, and chances for process improvement

Employer requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any Technical or Engineering faculty
• Previous experience on internships
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of document types.
• Understanding of web-based technologies.
• Basic knowledge of query/search functions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• Strong interpersonal skills, experience working effectively in a team environment.
