For our client from Gliwice, we are looking for a Azure Data Engineer. (Hybrid model of work in Gliwice (up to 50% Homeoffice))

Your new role

As an Azure Data Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize data pipelines that drive digital transformation, ensuring data integrity and compliance across the organization:

• Providing and operating of a data integration and transformation layer that works across the digital transformation initiatives and projects
• Design, build, and manage data pipelines
• Transform raw data into useful data sets by using data flows in Azure Data Factory
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand and meet their data requirements
• Monitoring of data pipelines and resolve any issues that arise
• Perform data quality checks and validate the accuracy of data transformations
• Maintain the security and compliance of data processes according to relevant regulations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure Data Factory updates and features
• Providing subject matter expertise related to Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Creation and maintenance of a detailed documentation of the design and operation of data pipelines for future reference and troubleshooting

What you39ll need to succeed

• Several years of technical support or technical consulting experience - ideally in the technical field and/or in a production company
• Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management
• Experience in using various Azure data services and frameworks to store and produce cleansed and enhanced datasets for analysis
• Knowledge of data processing languages, including SQL, Python
• Understanding parallel processing and data architecture patterns
• Proactive and solution-oriented way of working
• Good communication skills
• English Language: confident in reading, writing, and speaking in business area
• Understanding of SAP backend (ABAP and Data Dictonary) is a plus
