We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Representatives to join our team! If you have up to 1 year of experience and are fluent in Polish and English (C1), we want to hear from you. 📞💬
Position Details:

Experience: Up to 1 year in customer service 🕐
Language: Fluent Polish and English (C1)
Location: Anywhere in Poland (100% remote work) 🌍

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and support 🌟
Handle incoming calls from UK customers, with occasional outgoing calls 📞
Assist customers with banking services, including account management, account closures, data verification, and document completion 🏦
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions 📝

Requirements:

Up to 1 year of customer service experience 🕐
Proficiency in Polish and English (C1)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills 🗣️🧩
Ability to work independently in a remote environment 🏡
Experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) departments is a plus 🕵️‍♂️💼
