HR (Human Resources) Specialist
For our Client GE Power Sp. z o. o. - a part of GE Vernova, located in Elbląg, we are looking for candidates for position of HR Specialist.
Job Description
As the HR Specialist, you will participate and support various HR initiatives and programs across GE Vernova employee population, including overall employee lifecycle process, and with the key focus on:
- Providing support to the dedicated client group
- Recruitment and onboarding
- WorkDay platform operation - getting familiar with this employee management platform to administer employee data in the system and support employees, when needed
- Time and Attendance system management
- Participate in HR related training and support for functional processes like People, Performance & Growth (PPG), Talent Discussions, People Reviews, New Employee Orientation, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, other
- HR Statistics to support KPI reporting
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness and data quality to ensure compliance with relevant to legal and GE policy requirements
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and contribute to projects or related duties, as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (HR/ Business/ Psychology)
- Ability to collect, analyze, and manage data, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PP)
- Preparation of comprehensive data-driven reports and presentations
- Fluency in English
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Proactively seeking new ways to advance HR Team's goals, with focus on Lean approach to processes and / or tools
