Engineering Project Manager

For our client, we are currently seeking an Engineering Project Manager responsible for the comprehensive management of assigned business areas, with a strong focus on achieving budgetary goals, overseeing projects, and optimising value-creation processes. This role combines engineering, strategic, and operational competencies to ensure the development and effective execution of projects in line with customer requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee assigned business areas and drive continuous improvement in value creation processes
• Ensure financial performance by managing revenues, costs, and profitability
• Prepare and track project quotations, ensuring timely and successful execution
• Lead projects from planning to delivery, maintaining deadlines and quality standards
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project progress
• Implement cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing initiatives
• Manage project budgets and support financial reporting
• Facilitate timely collection of project-related payments
• Ensure compliance with customer expectations and industry standards
• Support marketing and sales efforts, including promotional initiatives
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (preferred fields: production engineering, mechanical engineering, project management)
• Proven experience in managing engineering projects and budgets
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic decision-making skills
• Knowledge of production processes, cost estimation, and project reporting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
