* Fluent in Ruby on Rails
* Knowledge of PostgreSQL (or other RDBMS)
* Familiarity HTML5 + CSS3 + JavaScript + CoffeeScript
* Focus on good conventions and clean code
* Communicative English


***** Nice to have:

* Experience with another programming language / framework
* OpenSource contribution
* Git experience
* Familiarity with Agile methodology
