* Maintaining and troubleshooting web application
* Implementing polish site
* Using the latest technologies and tools in a high traffic, high
completion
* Understand the business requirements and integrate the components
created into existing architecture
* Be a part of international team


***** Desired skills & experience:

* Ruby on Rails > 3.0
* Web development experience (html, css, javascript)
* Robust Object Orientated programming skills
* Agile methodology/scrum
* Git (Github)
* MySQL
* Good level of English spoken and written
* QA web experience along with domain expertise and prior test
experience


***** Good to have:

* Online collaborative tools such as JIRA
* Cloud computing
* Experience with unit testing, test frameworks like RSpec and TDD
* Knowledge of QA automation frameworks such as Sahi or Selenium
* Experience of working in a globally distributed development
environment
* Strong work ethic, committed through to completion
* Open source project contribution
