***** Job description:

* Responsible for development and building up of the IT infrastructure
* Strong familiarity with software development process and practices:
Testing, QA, continuous integration, technical/functional
specifications, code reviews
* Ability to convert business requirements into technical briefs, with
an eye for optimal design, performance, extensibility and
scalability
* Responsible for selecting and implementing a sustainable and
appropriate technology
* Conversion and communication of the technical vision in all aspects
of software development
* Building and leading the development team


***** Desired skills & experience:

* BA in Computer Science or a related technical field,
* 3-7 years experience of managing IT projects, including the ability
to prioritize within technical teams, as well as coordinate with
the QA and product teams, and external API providers.
* Several years" experience in programming with .NET, MySQL and stack,
as well as with standard compliant HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript,
jQuery and Ajax (experience of the MonoRail framework would be
beneficial).
* C# and cloud web services.
* Broad knowledge of agile development, automated tests, and the use
of methodologies, as well as life-cycles.
* Managerial skills and fluency in business English are essential.
* Experience in bridging knowledge between technical and business
teams.
* Excellent problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills


***** Will be considered as a major plus:

* Experience with travel systems and mobile applications
* A passion for start-ups and for travel, as well as an
entrepreneurial spirit, is very welcome.
