***** The Key Responsibilities:

* Managing and developing a development team (potentially also DevOps
in the future), including recruitment, onboarding, training, and
employee evaluations.
* Organizing team work to ensure their highest efficiency and motivate
team members to achieve company goals.
* Expanding and maintaining algorithmic trading systems in the
cryptocurrency market.
* Close collaboration with Quants and Trading teams to optimize
existing and create new technological solutions.
* Developing and implementing the project's technological strategy.
* Monitoring and implementing modern technologies, including AI
solutions.
* Responsibility for security, compliance, and the technological
budget.


***** Job requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience in CTO, Head of Technology, or Head
of Development positions.
* Experience in managing large development teams (20+ people).
* Strong technical skills in backend (Java or C++ preferred).
* Knowledge of modern IT tools and trends, openness to implementing AI
solutions.
* Ability to create and implement technological strategies.
* Analytical thinking and ability to make strategic decisions.
* Higher education in a technical/information technology field.
* Fluent English in speech and writing.


***** Nice to have:

* Experience in trading, especially in the cryptocurrency market.
* Knowledge of low latency, high frequency trading, low-level
optimization.
* Practical knowledge of public clouds (AWS).
