the position:

***** Responsibilities:

* Drive competitive advantage through excellence in data analysis
capabilities
* Partner with the business to understand needs and opportunities
* Architect, optimize and maintain data analysis environments
* Create and execute plans for continuous improvements to the data
analysis environment by analyzing performance and investigating
technologies that will reduce analysis time
* Build, document and develop training materials as needed to fulfill
the project requirements
* Design and implement cost effective solutions
* Interact with consulting staff and internal IT to determine
specifications
* Coordinate and communicate with all the parties involved


***** Must have:

* Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel & SQL
* 3+ years of programming or database design experience
* 1+ year of system administration and support or equivalent
* Familiarity with various statistical packages such as SAS, STATA, R,
etc
* Exposure to various programming languages .NET, VBA, C#, etc
* Working knowledge of Concordance and/or other document management
solutions a plus
* Fluent English, both verbal and written, is mandatory
