***** The Key Responsibilities:

* providing excellent customer service in English
* building up positive relationships with customers
* resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction
* providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both
written and by phone)


***** Job requirements:

* Knowledge of SQL - preferably MS-SQL
* Knowledge of XML
* Patience and accuracy
* Very Good command of English.


***** Good to have skills:

* XSLT and/or Java
