***** Key duties:

* Defining and implementing operational processes internally, both in
dealing with customers and throughout the supply chain
* Developing ways to improve consistency, efficiency and profitability
* Collaborate with other members of the management team to help define
operational responsibilities and agree on goals, outcomes and
milestones
* Setting priorities and cascading strategic decisions at the
operational level and in terms of assumed tasks and milestones
* Appropriate resource management to achieve specific short- and
long-term goals
* Organization and coordination of information exchange processes and
cooperation between key departments: product development, sales,
marketing, customer success, implementation
* Evaluate the performance of all functions and collaborate with
managers to increase performance by analyzing and interpreting
data and indicators
* Developing a sustainable but results-oriented culture
* Supporting and active participation in the fundraising process

* Proven experience as a manager / head of a department in a
dynamically developing startup / scaleup
* Being an entrepreneur and activist
* Experience in managing a technology startup or scaleup
* Analytical mind, the ability to work and base thinking on data,
drawing appropriate conclusions from it and using it in achieving
key organizational goals
* Communicative and developed art of persuasion
* Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
* Technological knowledge and passion for innovation
* Good knowledge of digital products, marketing (especially online)
and sales
