***** Position description:

* Updating and completing of the technical documentation for our
product suite in English meeting applicable standards
* Processing of maintenance of the translations for the standard
languages in the software. In this you will cooperate with our
translation agency
* Updating of the user manuals producing high-quality and
understandable content with the goal to improve the success and
acceptance of the eProcurement product
* Writing an easy-to-understand online help and developer guides
* Managing of the release notes
* Working with internal teams (such as product managers, software
developers and quality engineers) and participating in our release
and sprint reviews
* Obtaining an in-depth understanding of the product and the
documentation requirements
* Analysing existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and
single-sourcing opportunities
* Creating and maintaining the information architecture and
standardizing documentation process
* Participating in the quality management process


***** Position requirements:

* Proven working experience in technical writing of software
documentation
* Ability to deliver high quality text in English paying attention to
detail
* Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them
easily understandable for customers
* Good English knowledge - at least C1
* Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Word, JIRA, Confluence
* Familiarity with the software development life cycle
