Experience / Key Skills required:

* Excellent knowledge of commercial business processes (Sales,
Marketing or Commercial Finance) - preferably with work experience in
one or more of these functions.
* Knowledge of CRM (Siebel preferred), IMS, and EPOS solutions.
* Demonstrated interpersonal and team skills.
* Experience of working in a multi-cultural and multi-language
environment.
* Experience in writing business feasibility reports and undertaking
presentations to senior management.
* Strong track record of leading projects and achieving measurable and
recognised results.
* Fluency in English
* Must be available for periodic travel within an Eastern European
Region or globally if required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Account management of the Eastern European Commercial senior
management teams to maintain alignment of the current and future
business strategy against the road map of IT systems and
functionalities.
* Collaborate with the Commercial functions to identify, assess and
translate business opportunities into business driven-information
technology solutions.
* Identify business process/system best practice opportunities from
across the region and lead it's re-application in a consistent manner
in all countries.
* Lead regional process and system benchmarking.
* Assist in the design and enhancement/modification of business
systems.
* Lead pan-Regional and pan-European project implementations providing
guidance to the local in-country IT teams.
* Manage external vendors in the customisation of systems when
required.
* Create and maintain project documentation including policies and
procedures, status reports, system design, process flows and project
presentations.
