Poznan - Software Support Specialist

For our software development team we are looking for a
Software Support Officer

The desired skills include:
- Professional project attitude
- Self-driven mind-set
- Customer-facing skills
- Basic MS Windows 2000/2003/2008 Server Administration
- Basic MS 2000/2005/2008 SQL Server or MS Sharepoint
Technologies Administration
- Basic Linux/UNIX skills (Shell Scripting, basic admin tasks)
- Web Technologies (HTML/XML/JavaScript)
- ITIL / SLA awareness
- Bug-tracking / trouble-ticket systems knowledge (Bugzilla, Jira or
equivalent)
- Fluency in English,
- Willingness to learn quickly

Some experience with the following technologies is a major plus:
- CVS/Subversion,
- Backup software (System Center Data Protection Manager, bacula,
IBM Tivoli Storage Manager)
- Basic j2ee Application Server Administration (Weblogic Server,
WebSphere AS, JBoss AS)

Fluency in other European language is a major plus.

Position type: contract/permanent
Monthly gross salary: PLN 5000 - 8000
(depending on experience)
