Stanowisko: Technical Leader/Senior Java Developer - Nr ref. (12/05)


opis:* Deliver complete functionality solution according to technical specification
* Prepare task/development plan for complex system functionality
* Track and report development progress of small team according to prepared plan
* Creating technical specification based on business requirement
* Leading/coaching of younger team members
* Handling of urgent system failures and coordination
* Creating technical documentation
* Creating user documentation


wymagane umiejętności:Java, J2EE, SQL


wymagania:* Master degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
* At least 5 years of experience with Java 4,5,6 (generics, annotations, design
patterns)
* At least 5 years of experience with databases/SQL (MS SQL Server in particular)
* At least 1 year experience at technical leader position
* Good knowledge and experience with:
* J2EE programming,
* J2EE application servers: JBoss 4 and 5
* Unit testing: JUnit, TestNG
* OLAP cubes and MDX: MS Analysis Services
* Development tools: Eclipse IDE, trac, SVN, Ant
* Good knowledge of at least one of following reporting tool: MS Reporting Services,
BIRT, Jasper Reports
* Knowledge of: GWT (Google Web Toolkit) and WebDriver/Selenium will be an advantage
* Good command of English
* High interpersonal skills
* Good communication skills
* Motivational and coaching skills
