For our Client, a global software provider we are seeking individuals for the
position of:

System Engineer (SCM)

Nr ref: 107665

Location: Gdańsk

Job description:
o Developing and maintaining the build system and infrastructure required for Java
and OSGi/Eclipse RCP applications and integrating it into the existing SCM process;
o Deploying and/or supporting Eclipse PDE infrastructure;
o Resolving issues related to the dependency management and binary compatibility;
o Working in the heterogeneous environments (UNIX/Linux/Windows);
o Supporting build systems for C++ code on Linux/UNIX;
o Integrating various SCM build tools and environments;
o Supporting development projects;
o Writing SCM plans and keeping them up to date;
o Creating reviews and validates for software configuration management plans and
other CM documentation (i.e., build procedures) for assigned projects.




wymagane umiejętności:System Engineer


wymagania:Our expectations:

o Master's degree and 3 years' related experience;
o C/C++ or Java programming experience;
o Good knowledge of the heterogeneous environments (UNIX/Linux/Windows);
o Experience building Java, OSGi, C++ applications;
o Basic knowledge of system administration on UNIX/Linux/Windows;
o Experience with Maven3 and the Tycho plugin will be a strong plus
o Willingness to travel;
o Experience with other tools (Make, CMake, Maven2, CVS, Hg), scripting (Bash,
Python) and compilers/linkers for C++ and Java code.
