***** Mainframe (z/OS, Assembler) Developer

***** Main responsibilities:

* Design, write, test, and optimize Assembler code for mainframe
systems.
* Maintain and enhance legacy Assembler applications to meet business
needs.
* Collaborate with teams to integrate Assembler components with
COBOL/Java applications.
* Optimize system performance using tools like IBM RMF and OMEGAMON.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues using advanced
debugging tools.
* Mentor junior developers and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Contribute to system modernization strategies and decisions.


***** Job requirements:

* Expertise in Assembler (HLASM) programming and mainframe systems
(IBM z/OS, MVS, CICS, DB2)
* Experience with performance tools (IBM Debug Tool, Abend-AID,
OMEGAMON)
* Strong knowledge of memory management and system programming
* Experience integrating Assembler with COBOL, PL/I, or Java
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
* Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Assembler development, with at
least 3 years in mainframe systems
* IBM Certified System Programmer and z/OS Mastery Certifications are
a plus
* Very good command of English and Polish
