***** The Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with a broad set of teams working with the UX centre of
excellence
* Take part in innovation projects and contribute to development of
our front end platforms and frameworks
* Use whiteboards, paper and digital media to collaborate, test and
define new experiences
* Lead development and research workshops with Product Owners and
Business Analysts
* Communicate and evangelise UX practice across the business through
sharing knowledge and experience
* Ensure our work creates consistent experiences across the product
suite
* Become the customers voice across our products
* Define, follow and build clear, consistent and cohesive design
patterns and assets
* Design intuitive, engaging, experiences on our products
* Work alongside our gaming design team to create a consistent
customer experience.


***** Position requirements:

* UX Design experience in an e-commerce environment
* Ability to listen, communicate and contribute in a constructive
manner
* Experience of testing and UX processes beyond wire framing
* Responsive design experience is essential
* Native mobile design experience is desirable
* Creative and analytical approach to problem solving
* Good knowledge of user-centred design principles, information and
visual design best practices, including design constraints
(performance, web standards, accessibility, etc)
* Understanding target audiences" needs, motivations, goals and
translating them into creative concepts
* Experience creating user journeys, persona's, wireframes
* Be comfortable creating prototypes and visual walkthroughs
* Ability to work across multiple projects and work streams
* Software: Sketch, Axure, Omnigraffle, Invision, Justinmind and
similar tools
* Understanding and Exposure to HTML and CSS and responsive design
* Being collaborative, pro-active and passionate about design and UX
* Having positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
* Being able to present an up to date online portfolio
