Company is looking Polish speaking Poland-based JAVA Developers for
existing global client to do an implementation in Poland (Warsaw) of a
specific CRM system which has been internally developed based on
Chordiant.


Desired Candidate Profile
o 2 + years full lifecycle application development with experience in
a multi-tier web based environment.
o Experience with JAVA/J2EE (Servlet, JavaScript, JSP ,HTML ,XML ,
EJB , JMS , AJAX , etc)
o Experience working in team development environment.
o Experience with a packaging and build tools like Ant , Cruse Control
and \or Maven
o Experience with WebSphere ,Tomcat, or WebLogic.
o Experience with RAD 7 +, My Eclipse or any other Integrated
Development Environments.
o Experience with version control systems (PVCS, Harvest, CVS)
o Experience with SQL and exposure to PLSQL, TSQL.
o Experience with Oracle or with any other RDBMS such as MSSQL Server
and\or DB2.
o Experience with debugging and performance turning.
o Experience with Object Oriented design and analysis.
o Experience with UNIX operating system and shell scripting
o Exposure to Emerging Technologies such as TDD (Test Driven
Development) , Spring Framework , Hibernate Framework , Components
Based Web Frameworks (JSF , Tapestry etc. )
o Familiarity with Java & J2EE Design patterns like MVC, Composite,
Proxy etc.
o Exposure to SOA (Web services, SOAP, ESB) would be beneficial.

Languages:
o Polish - fluent;
o English - good level.

Just Perfect if:
o 2 + years Chordiant Foundation server development, experience with
Contact Center Advisor (CCABE), CTI, CAFÉ Server, Business Process
Designer;
o Having experience in Data Management, Campaign Management and
Computer telephonic interface is preferred.
