Due to the development of our client, an international financial company with an established position on the market, we are looking for people for the position of Business Analyst .
Are you a stickler for getting things right? Do you thrive on understanding and solving problems? Do you approach managing multiple priorities with energy and enthusiasm?  
We’re looking for a Business analyst to: 
– Oversee the GOTO Forecast process, managed by an in house, custom developed application.
 – Manage Forecast inputs and ensure high quality level of output.
 – Identify and manage risks and issues that arise, working collaboratively with the Technical Team.
 – Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting. 
– Provide process and tool support to a wide user base using various forms of delivery. 
– Identify strategic process and tooling enhancements that align to business needs, and involves dissemination of stakeholder input to identify the best solution for the organisation. 
– Create and maintain SOPs and user guidance materials.  

  Your team  
You’ll be working in the GOTO Forecasting & Cost Process Management team, in Kraków. The team are based in Poland and UK and India, supporting Business users across the globe and sits within the wider GOTO COO Team. As Forecasting & Cost Process Management; we enhance the tools, own the processes, and hold the required expertise and support that enable our financial forecast owners to perform their jobs.   

Your expertise 
 – At least 1 year of experience in reporting or data analysis
 – Excellent knowledge of MS Excel 
– Basic knowledge of MS Power Point
 – Quick to learn new things, be it a new IT tool or process.
 – Proven problem-solver in both development of changes and resolution of issues 
– Very organised and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 – A flexible team player with a positive attitude who is comfortable operating in a global team.
 – A strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing.
 – Fluent in English
 – Knowledge of data visualization tools will be an asset.

• Hybrid model: 2 days from the office/3 days from home
