***** Infrastructure Support Specialist for Cloud Services (AWS)
*****



***** Position description:

* Operates and maintains cloud-based infrastructure components(e.g.
EC2 Instance based Linux or Windows Servers)
* Monitors utilization, performance, availability of system components
& services
* Provides second level support for infrastructure components of
cloud-based application stacks
* Conducts log analysis and patch management to ensure system
integrity and security
* Contributes to planning and implementation of failure and disaster
recovery test
* Utilizes DevOps principles & tools to devise work strategies for
automated processes to deploy & maintain virtual datacenter
components in our cloud stacks.
* Creates and maintains strategies to avoid risks and disaster
recovery


***** Job requirements:

* Minimum Bachler's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
* 2 years" experience in 1st or 2nd level IT Support
* Experience with cloud computing and orchestration (based on AWS or
Azure)
* Experience in applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) paradigms
* Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (Foundation Level)
* Basic knowledge of IT security regulations and standards such as ISO
27001
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
* Customer and service orientation
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across
diverse organizations, groups and functions
* Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
* Fluent Business English (written and spoken)
