as a cross-skilled

pairing is key
* Highly motivated to deliver high quality releases to live
environment on a regular basis

efficiency of development process
* Ability and desire to contribute to technical strategy


***** Skills / knowledge / experience:

* Development and of large internet sites using ASP.NET
* C#, Javascript, HTML, Bootstrap, MS SQL
* Ideally experience using MVC
* Security considerations in high volume distributed web applications
* Familiarity with IIS and ASP.Net web applications
* Creative approach to providing solutions to product development
* Experience working with agile (XP) development techniques (pairing,
TDD)
* Excellent communication skills - able to communicate with technical
and non-technical members of the team
* Able to self manage
